Aim of RANET

The aim of RANET is to enable farmers in rural communities in Uganda, have timely access to climate information and other development, in their local languages, through use of innovative information technologies and working with partners. With the increasing irregularity of seasonal rains, climate information is useful to farmers in deciding when to plant seeds and choosing what crops and varieties to ensure house hold food security and incomes.
